Opeoluwa Ashiru joined FCMB Asset Management Limited as Chief Operating Officer in April 2024. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in managing and optimizing operational processes, driving digital transformation projects, and delivering impactful solutions across the banking, financial services, and trade-tech sectors. 

Before joining FCMB Asset Management Limited, Opeoluwa served as Head of Operations and Process Reengineering at Norebase, where he led the digitization of the company incorporation process in 19 countries. Prior to that, he was Head of Business Process Improvement and Internal Control at United Capital Group Plc. He also held roles as a Process Improvement Specialist and Banking Operations 

Opeoluwa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from Lagos Business School, along with multiple certifications in Project Management and Process Improvement.
