Tinuola Odufuye was appointed Head, Business Development, FCMB Asset Management in July 2022. Previously, she was the Head of Sales at Comercio Partners Asset Management. 

She is a seasoned business development professional with over 16 years of experience with domain expertise in strategy, wealth management, business advisory, sales, product development and client experience. Prior to joining Comercio Partners Asset Management, Tinuola worked as a Business Development Manager at Stanbic IBTC Pension, Executive Banker at Stanbic IBTC Bank and Commercial Relationship Manager at United Bank for Africa (UBA). 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language from Olabisi Onabanjo University, a Master of Arts degree in English Language from the University of Lagos, and a Master of Science degree in International Business Management from the University of East London. She also holds a leadership coaching certification from the John Maxwell Team in Florida, USA. She is an associate member of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (IAPM) and a fellow of the National Institute of Credit Administration.
